All I can add at this point, is what a genuine treat this stay became and will be back to spend time with this Family and proprietors of perhaps one of the coziest Motels I’ve yet to spend while on the road. Before leaving, Gregory ask if I would care for some breakfast of Buckwheat cakes, farm raised sausage, and eggs from just, as Lisa stated, “A piece down the road from a local farmer”, great!

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to the wonderful folks at Maple Leaf Motel. Arriving later in the afternoon, Patty checked me in and found her to be very accommodating in so many ways. As if she was my personal operator, I called from the room asking the typical questions most travelers ask. A “Hometown Gal”, Patty directed me to were ever it was I ask about to include a few local shops.

Returning from my business trip to Baltimore, and Philadelphia, I had to spend another evening at the Maple Leaf. This time, Gregory and his wonderful bride, Lisa D, entertained me with Lisa singing to the many classics Gregory played. If this wasn’t enough, Gregory and Lisa’s two children walked in at which time Thomas picked up a guitar.

For a little place it's on the pricey side but the rooms are nice and clean. And they'll give extra towels

Can't say enough good stuff about this place. Convenient to the interstate and located in a small, but beautiful and quaint little town. Rooms are clean, spacious and have a nice warm and cozy feel. Great friendly staff. And close walking distance to everything this little town has to offer. Highly recommended. In room microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker are a huge plus.

Great place. Love the decor. Very clean.

Loved my stay here. Nice friendly and helpful owners. Nice quiet and homely atmosphere. Give them 10 stars if was possible.

Many thanks to the Reckart’s for very seldom seen hospitality!

Later that evening Patty’s son, Gregory Melvin, was also a delight and also well informed. I met Gregory later only for the fact as I was reading before bed I could hear someone playing acoustic guitar. Walked out my room door only to see it was coming from the front office. So, I sat for my very own private rendition of many classics.
