You guys have the wrong address and the wrong photo. Well the written address is correct but the map is totally wrong. We are not in town and that is not a picture of the shop.
George was very helpful and understanding on initial call but once he towed our vehicle the whole repair process was a disaster.He would never answer calls or return messages and took longer to repair and more costly than I could have ever imagined.

I just want to say, this car repair shop CJ's Automotive located in Bruceton Mills, WV is very unprofessional, I would not recommend anyone to go there for a car repair. The owner is very rude and has a nasty demeanor about himself. There isn't any need to be nasty towards customers, maybe the owner of CJ's Automotive shop needs a lesson on how to give good customer service.

George is upfront, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to schedule an appointment quickly, and diagnose the problem. My A/C works GREAT now. I just wish he accepted credit cards.
